Maintenance Technician – Millworks

About the role

The Maintenance Technician – Millworks is responsible for performing technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas of a mid‑rise residential property in Atlanta operating safely, cleanly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose the source or cause of defects and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Carry out the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and preparation for new move‑ins.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours maintenance needs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in building maintenance or millwork.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and technical documentation.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the capacity to work independently as well as within a team.
• Availability for a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating on‑call duties.
