Maintenance Technician – Lenox at the Grid

About the role
The Maintenance Technician for Lenox at the Grid ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position supports resident satisfaction and prepares vacant units for new occupants.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance across the property.
- Diagnose defects, determine root causes, and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Conduct the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, parts used, and time spent.
Required profile
- Ability to read and follow work orders, safety procedures, and building codes.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
- Capacity to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
