Maintenance Technician – Laurel, A Collective

About the role
The Maintenance Technician will perform technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas of the property in excellent condition. This role supports resident satisfaction and ensures safety, cleanliness and functionality across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose defects or problems, make repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new tenants, ensuring all systems are operational and finishes meet standards.
- Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours emergencies.
Required profile
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday with a rotating on‑call schedule.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to established procedures.
