Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a maintenance professional who ensures the operation of company facilities and common equipment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance while supporting the rebuilding and implementation of new machinery.

Key responsibilities

• Check and repair equipment using pneumatic, hydraulic, and high‑tech machines.
• Monitor equipment status and proactively initiate spare‑parts requisitions.
• Perform regular maintenance, directing operators in daily service of the equipment.
• Diagnose equipment faults, eliminate hidden dangers, and ensure timely repairs.
• Assist with maintenance of special equipment such as crane forklifts and pressure vessels.
• Clean tools and conduct preventive maintenance on pressing and cutting tools.
• Execute production work according to ALPS standards and participate in continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Maintenance professional with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to support rebuilding and implementation of new machinery.
• First‑line support for machine problems and adherence to maintenance plans.
