Maintenance Technician

About the role

Envolve Community Management is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join the team at the New Zion/Clear Horizon apartment community in Shreveport, LA. The role involves ensuring all building systems and resident units operate smoothly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Repair and maintain apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, and perform basic carpentry.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems as needed.
• Complete work orders and related documentation accurately and promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls 24/7.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in the apartment industry.
• HVAC knowledge and ability to safely move heavy equipment.
• Availability for on‑call emergency service at any time.
• Successful background screening and drug test.
