Maintenance Technician

About the role

Pivotal is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support its Reserve at Palestine senior community (80 units, 55+ residents) in Palestine, TX. This full‑time, on‑call position ensures a safe, comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders within 24‑48 hours.
• Perform routine maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.
• Assist with court‑ordered set‑outs when required.
• Turn over units between residents according to company standards (3‑5 days).
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal.
• Respond to emergency calls and be on‑call as needed.

Required profile

• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• HVAC training or certification preferred.
• Commitment to regular attendance, including weekends and overtime.
• Ability to be on‑call for emergencies.
