Maintenance Technician – Indigo 19

About the role
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Indigo 19 property in Virginia Beach. The role ensures that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident service requests and complete assigned work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the property to keep building systems operating efficiently.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creating punch lists to prepare apartments for new tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Required profile
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical manuals.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory standards.
