Maintenance Technician – Independence Park

About the role
The Maintenance Technician will ensure that the physical aspects of Independence Park – a stabilized 78‑unit property – meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position supports residents and preserves the quality of vintage building systems.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and common areas.
- Diagnose defects, determine root causes, and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and materials used.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of hands‑on maintenance experience.
- Familiarity with vintage building systems and components.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday schedule and follow established procedures.
