Key responsibilities

• Install, set up, and maintain production machines and peripheral equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including PLCs, digital/analog devices, relays, capacitors, fuses, switches, thermocouples, and heating resistors.
• Diagnose and service mechanical components such as pumps, motors, cylinders, encoders, actuators, and directional control valves.
• Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, cooling, and heating fluid flow systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance work orders on schedule and respond to corrective work orders as needed.
• Document all maintenance activities in the CMMS and complete required regulatory paperwork.
• Monitor spare parts usage and coordinate restocking.
• Review equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics to define test specifications.
• Implement equipment improvements to reduce downtime and scrap.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace following 5S principles.

Required profile

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Minimum two years of hands‑on maintenance experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and electronic schematics.
• Basic knowledge of low‑voltage (110/220 V) electrical installations.
• Understanding of AC/DC motor fundamentals and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
