Maintenance Technician I

About the role

Agile is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join its Phoenix facility on a 2nd‑shift schedule. You will ensure that all equipment and systems operate reliably, supporting the production of high‑quality remodeling components.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and follow a preventive maintenance program for facility systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, or replace faulty components to restore equipment functionality.
• Study performance data, recommend improvements, and implement changes to increase reliability.
• Contribute maintenance data to strategic plans and uphold production, quality, and customer‑service standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment by complying with legal codes, regulations, and company procedures.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (2‑year technical degree preferred).
• Minimum three years of hands‑on maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
