About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Hollywood, FL property team. The role focuses on maintaining the physical condition of buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas to meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose defects and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
Carry out the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists and scheduling necessary maintenance.
Ensure all maintenance activities support the overall cleanliness, safety and operational efficiency of the property.

Required profile

Ability to follow established policies, procedures, safety standards and applicable codes.
Capable of diagnosing and repairing mechanical or technical issues.
Willingness to respond promptly to resident requests and complete assigned work orders.
