Maintenance Technician - Harborview

About the role
Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Harborview property in Los Angeles. The role focuses on ensuring the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose defects or problems, make repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and report any recurring issues.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in residential property settings.
- HVAC certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday.
- Ability to follow established procedures and safety protocols.
