Maintenance Technician (Everett)

About the role
This role performs technical and mechanical work to keep Greystar’s properties in top condition, ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident service requests and complete repairs, including appliance repairs, in a timely manner.
- Prepare apartments for new move‑ins by completing the “make‑ready” process.
- Maintain cleanliness of exterior building surfaces and parking areas.
- Assist with vendor management and coordinate external service providers.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
Required profile
- Strong technical aptitude for building and mechanical systems.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service to residents.
- Reliability and ability to work independently on site.
