Maintenance Technician – Enolia Student Living

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support its Enolia Student Living community. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas safe, functional, and attractive for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and conduct preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, repairs, and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Assist with grounds and common‑area upkeep such as trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting of curbs and signage.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing parts when feasible and using materials efficiently.
• Adhere to Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies, attending safety meetings and completing required OSHA training.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical or technical issues in a residential environment.
• Strong attention to detail for inspections, documentation, and quality of work.
• Good organizational skills for inventory management and scheduling.
• Commitment to safety standards and willingness to participate in ongoing safety training.
