Maintenance Technician – Downtown Denver

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support its downtown Denver property. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors, obtaining supplies and completing all required maintenance tasks.
• Manage inventory by tracking usage of tools, equipment and supplies, returning unused items and notifying the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document work orders and related paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning and painting curbs or signage as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing parts when possible and using materials efficiently.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose building defects and perform repairs safely.
• Experience with make‑ready procedures for residential units.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking and basic documentation.
