Maintenance Technician – City Creek Landing

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the physical upkeep of City Creek Landing. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with policies and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly for proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing debris, pressure‑washing, general cleaning, and painting signage as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing parts when possible and using materials efficiently.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs safely and according to code.
• Strong organizational skills for tracking work orders, inventory, and documentation.
• Willingness to work on‑site and collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
