Maintenance Technician – Circa LA

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Circa LA property. You will ensure that the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking of service requests.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing components whenever possible.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of maintenance experience, including appliance repair and high‑rise building systems.
• Availability for on‑call duties, weekend work, and a schedule that includes Wednesday‑Sunday.
• Ability to perform make‑ready tasks, manage vendor relationships, and handle inventory responsibilities.
