Maintenance Technician – Chroma

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join Greystar’s Chroma property team. The role focuses on preserving the safety, appearance, and functionality of the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas while delivering high‑quality resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident service requests and complete repairs, including appliance troubleshooting.
• Perform “make‑ready” preparations for new move‑ins, ensuring apartments meet Greystar standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Assist with vendor coordination and manage routine maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and mechanical systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment safely.
• Background in painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
