Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for its LEED‑certified luxury property, Chroma, located in South Lake Union. The role supports a high‑performing team that prioritises exceptional customer service and property standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical work to maintain building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Ensure all physical aspects of the property meet standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
• Respond promptly to service requests and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Document work performed and report any issues that require further attention.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a residential or commercial setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Technical and mechanical repair abilities.
• Basic knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
