Maintenance Technician – Camellia at One Nexton

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to support the Camellia at One Nexton community. The role involves ensuring the property’s buildings, grounds, and amenities meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors, obtaining supplies, completing repairs, and inspecting finished work.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, track usage, return unused items, and notify the supervisor when re‑ordering is needed.
• Document service requests and maintenance activities accurately and promptly.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible and using materials and tools efficiently.
