About the role
The Maintenance Technician for the Brewers Block ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time position is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and supports resident satisfaction through timely repairs and preventative maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and making repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors as needed.

- Full‑time availability.
- Based in Pittsburgh, PA.
