Maintenance Technician – Ballpark Property

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the Ballpark property—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This entry‑level position involves hands‑on technical and mechanical work to support resident satisfaction and property readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident service work orders and preventative maintenance tasks, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document all service requests accurately and promptly for proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and performing general cleaning and painting of curbs and signage.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with relatable experience.
• Basic maintenance and painting experience preferred.
• Weekend availability and at least one on‑call day per week required.
