Maintenance Technician – Avenue 34

About the role
Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Avenue 34 property in Los Angeles. This full‑time position supports the physical upkeep of the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas, ensuring they meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects, making repairs, and adhering to established policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of maintenance experience in property management.
- Availability to work weekends and be on call as needed.
