Maintenance Technician – Atlantic

About the role
This position performs technical and mechanical work to ensure that the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the Parkridge property meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance across the property, diagnosing defects and making repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new lease‑ups and move‑ins.
- Adhere to a Monday‑Friday schedule (8 am‑5 pm) with a rotating on‑call duty as needed.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability, Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm with rotating on‑call schedule.
- Ability to work on‑site at the Parkridge property in Irmo, South Carolina.
