Maintenance Technician - Aspect

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join Greystar’s property team at the Aspect community. The role involves on‑call and weekend work to keep the building, grounds and common areas clean, safe and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety and code standards.
• Execute the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, coordinating vendors, and final quality checks.
• Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing, HVAC, appliances and other building systems.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, and reorder as needed.
• Keep common areas and amenities tidy by trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and painting curbs or signage.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Experience with unit turnovers, appliance repair, plumbing and air‑conditioning systems.
• Availability for on‑call duties and weekend work.
