Maintenance Technician – Arvada Station

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Arvada Station property. The role ensures that all building systems, grounds, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors, obtaining supplies, completing repairs, and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, track usage, return unused items, and notify the supervisor when re‑ordering is needed.
• Document all service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs or signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible and using materials efficiently.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies.

Required profile
