Maintenance Technician - Arvada Station

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Arvada Station property in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas safe, functional and presentable.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies and code requirements.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks across the property to reduce equipment downtime.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical manuals and building codes.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for interacting with residents and vendors.
