Maintenance Technician – Arvada Station

About the role
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Arvada Station property in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The role ensures that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident service requests by completing assigned work orders and diagnosing the source of defects.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems in accordance with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists and coordinating vendors or contractors.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Required profile
- Ability to follow established procedures, safety protocols and regulatory codes.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills for diagnosing maintenance issues.
- Effective communication to coordinate with residents, vendors and internal teams.
