About the role
Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the Arlo team in Seattle. The role focuses on technical and mechanical work that keeps buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas safe, functional, and attractive for residents.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident service requests and complete repairs promptly.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance of all property areas.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized work.
- Document work orders and ensure compliance with company standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a residential or commercial setting.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently.
- Physical ability to handle manual tasks and lift equipment.
