Maintenance Technician – Aquatic Fourth Street

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Aquatic Fourth Street property. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the make‑ready process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, completing repairs, and inspecting finished work.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage, returning unused items, and notifying the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document all service requests and maintenance activities accurately and promptly.
• Assist with grounds and common‑area upkeep, including trash removal, debris clearing, and pressure‑washing.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in property maintenance, unit turns, or a related construction/repair field.
• Prior experience in property management or a maintenance/repair background.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while delivering high‑quality service.
• Willingness to work a 9‑6 schedule Tuesday through Saturday with rotating on‑call duties.
• Eligibility for incentive‑based bonuses.
