Maintenance Technician – Alta City Side

About the role
This role performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new tenants, including pre‑move‑out inspections.
Required profile
- Experience performing technical and mechanical maintenance in residential properties.
- Ability to follow established policies, safety standards and building codes.
