Maintenance Technician – Allaso Olivine

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Allaso Olivine community. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly for proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing debris, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and performing general cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing parts when possible and using materials efficiently.

Required profile

• Ability to read and interpret work orders, maintenance manuals, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Good organizational skills for inventory management and documentation.
• Willingness to work onsite and collaborate with vendors and contractors.
