Maintenance Technician – Alexan NoHo West

About the role
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to support the Alexan NoHo West community in North Hollywood. The role ensures that building systems, grounds, amenities and common areas remain clean, safe and fully functional.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident work orders and complete repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on building equipment and systems.
- Diagnose issues, identify root causes and execute timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Be available on‑call and on weekends as required.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi‑site residential environments.
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Yardi property management software (preferred).
