About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the Alaire community – buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas – meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This full‑time position supports residents by addressing service requests and performing preventative maintenance.

Key responsibilities

Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
Perform preventative maintenance across the property.
Diagnose the source or cause of defects or problems.
Execute repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Required profile

Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Capability to diagnose defects and determine appropriate repairs.
