Maintenance Supervisor – Yardly Kelly Lane

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that the interior and exterior of its community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet the company’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with and complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement, task completion, and final inspection.
• Develop and maintain standards for the appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, garbage areas, parking lots, and other common spaces.
• Periodically inspect work performed by service team members and external contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards, scope, and specifications.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, coordinating with the Community Manager to order supplies within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical or technical issues in a residential community setting.
• Ability to manage make‑ready processes, including inspections, vendor coordination, and supply ordering.
• Strong attention to detail for developing and enforcing cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Capability to inspect and evaluate work performed by internal staff and external service providers.
• Organizational skills to maintain inventory and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
