Maintenance Supervisor – Yardly Crossings

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior areas of the Yardly Crossings community meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This full‑time position involves overseeing technical and mechanical work across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and supervise routine upkeep and repairs of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Diagnose and resolve issues reported through resident work orders, adhering to company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and preparation for new tenants.
• Maintain a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours maintenance needs.
