Maintenance Supervisor – Yacht Club at Brickell

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the Yacht Club at Brickell community’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of make‑ready processes and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and routine upkeep, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement, task completion and final inspection.
• Develop and enforce standards for the cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members and external contractors, assess compliance with policies and specifications, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, collaborating with the Community Manager to order supplies within budgetary limits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in high‑rise residential environments.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues, perform repairs, and oversee make‑ready operations.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory management and vendor coordination.
• Attention to detail and commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety.
