Maintenance Supervisor – Whitehall Parc

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee technical and mechanical work to keep Whitehall Parc’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and fully functional. This position supports resident requests, prepares vacant units for new tenants, and ensures the property meets Greystar’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident service requests and routine community upkeep, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance tasks, and final inspections.
• Develop and enforce cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, garbage areas, parking lots, and other common spaces.
• Periodically inspect work performed by service team members to assess policy effectiveness and create corrective action plans.
• Inspect contractor and vendor work to verify compliance with quality standards, scope, and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials; collaborate with the Community Manager to order supplies and tools as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with a rotating on‑call schedule.
