Maintenance Supervisor – Waterwalk Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the Waterwalk community at Shelter Cove meets Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time position oversees technical and mechanical work across buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas, and other community spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
