Maintenance Supervisor – Villas

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor for the Villas at Princeton Lakes ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident requests and routine community upkeep.
• Diagnose the source of defects or problems and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process, preparing vacant apartments for new move‑ins by conducting pre‑move‑out inspections and completing necessary repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential property maintenance or a similar technical role.
• Ability to interpret work orders, troubleshoot issues, and execute repairs efficiently.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and best practices for property upkeep.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
