Maintenance Supervisor – Villas at Old Concord

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing technical and mechanical work across the Villas at Old Concord community. This role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final quality checks.
• Develop and maintain standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members and external contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to order items within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in the policy manual.
• Assist the Community Manager with additional maintenance and operational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Proven ability to diagnose defects and complete repairs according to established policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Experience developing cleanliness and appearance standards for residential communities.
• Capability to inspect and evaluate work performed by internal staff and external vendors.
• Skill in managing inventory and ordering supplies while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance scheduling and execution.
