Maintenance Supervisor – The Everlin at Indian Trail

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for The Everlin at Indian Trail, a stabilized garden‑style community of 204 units in Indian Trail, NC. The role ensures that the building interiors, exteriors, grounds and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident requests, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in accordance with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the make‑ready process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, procuring supplies, completing repairs and inspecting finished work.
• Develop and maintain standards for the appearance and cleanliness of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, garbage areas and parking lots.
• Periodically inspect work performed by service team members to assess compliance with policies and develop corrective action plans.
• Inspect contractor and vendor work to verify quality, scope and specifications.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials and coordinate ordering with the Community Manager.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose maintenance issues and perform repairs according to established policies and code requirements.
• Experience overseeing make‑ready processes and coordinating vendors.
• Knowledge of safety standards and building codes.
• Strong attention to detail for inspecting work and maintaining community appearance.
• Ability to manage inventory of parts and supplies.
