Maintenance Supervisor – The Boulevard Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of The Boulevard community, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance processes and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, scheduling vendors, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality, scope and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, coordinating orders with the Community Manager while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Complete monthly maintenance reports and assist with on‑call rotation as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential or commercial property maintenance.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate a maintenance team and external vendors.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety protocols and local code requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for inspections and inventory management.
