Maintenance Supervisor / Technician

About the role

CYM Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor / Technician to oversee and perform a wide range of property maintenance tasks across our residential portfolio. The role combines hands‑on technical work with supervision of routine upkeep, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and supervise electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
• Repair appliances, locks, and keys.
• Carry out basic carpentry, painting, and drywall work.
• Manage janitorial duties, grounds care, and snow removal.
• Respond to emergency calls after hours, weekends and holidays.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors, handling related paperwork.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Prior experience in facilities or property maintenance.
• Willingness to be on‑call for emergencies.
• Ability to address maintenance issues promptly.
