Maintenance Supervisor – SunSTONE Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all technical and mechanical work for the SunSTONE community at Fox Ridge, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and routine upkeep work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement and final quality inspection.
• Develop and maintain standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in a residential community setting.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on safety and code compliance.
• Ability to coordinate vendors, manage inventory and oversee make‑ready activities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
