Maintenance Supervisor – Stockwell Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the Stockwell community’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of make‑ready processes and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and upkeep of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, coordinating orders with the Community Manager.

Required profile

• Effective communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical or technical issues in a residential setting.
• Ability to oversee make‑ready operations and coordinate with vendors.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory and supply management.
