Maintenance Supervisor (Silver Level)

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor (Silver) ensures that all building interiors, exteriors, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This full‑time, on‑site position works Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm with on‑call duties as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for community appearance, covering grounds, amenities, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and common spaces.
• Conduct periodic inspections of work performed by team members to ensure quality and compliance.
• Oversee budget and vendor management for maintenance projects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in residential or multifamily settings.
• Proven ability in painting, plumbing, electrical systems and troubleshooting/diagnostics.
• Preferred certifications in pool & spa and HVAC systems.
• Experience with budget control and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency with Yardi and HappyCo property management platforms.
