Maintenance Supervisor - Silver

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Silver property. You will oversee technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Track inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment, and notify the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Maintain common areas and amenities by cleaning, pressure‑washing, trash removal, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Inspect contractor work, conduct routine property inspections, and support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in property or building maintenance.
• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal certification for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on the property.

Required skills

• Painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Experience with Yardi and HappyCo software.
• EPA refrigerant recycling certifications (Type 1, Type 2, Universal).
• Valid driver’s license.
