Maintenance Supervisor – Serena Village

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities and common areas at Serena Village meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with team leadership and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, procuring supplies and inspecting completed work.
• Develop and maintain standards for the cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, interiors, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Conduct periodic inspections of work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards, scope and specifications, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of maintenance supervision experience.
• CPO and EPA certifications preferred.
• Experience with Yardi or Happy Co/Happy Property systems and lease‑up environments preferred.
