Maintenance Supervisor – Prose Manor

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the Prose Manor community, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee and execute the make‑ready process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final quality checks.
• Develop and maintain standards for the appearance and upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members and external contractors to ensure compliance with policies and quality standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budgetary guidelines.
• Perform monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multifamily residential settings.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to prioritize work orders, manage vendors and coordinate make‑ready activities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
